• Your Google account profile picture (if you have one).

We also collect certain information automatically when you use the App or the Website, including your device type, operating system, and App usage data. However, we do not link this automatically collected information to the personal information we collect through Google authentication. We use cookies and other tracking technologies to automatically collect this information, including [log files, cookies, local storage, web beacons, etc.

We use the information we collect in accordance with the practices described in the Privacy Policy. Our purposes for collecting and using information include:

• Providing, operating, maintaining, and improving the Website and the App

• Creating, authenticating and maintaining your account and enabling you to access the the Website and the App

• Helping to establish and verify the identity of users

• Communicating with you about the Website or the App, including to send you product updates and service announcements

• Maintaining the security and integrity of our systems

• Sending you technical notices, updates, alerts, information about our policy changes and administrative messages

• Analyzing usage of the Website and the App and improving the user experience

• Improving the Website and the App

• Fulfilling any other purposes at your direction or with your consent

Sharing Your Information

We disclose the information we collect in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties, except in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting and web analytics providers, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services

• With providers such as Google in order to authenticate your account

• If we believe disclosure is required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Assembli, our users, or others

• In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our business or assets, in which case the new owner may use your personal information in the same way as set forth in this policy

Your Rights and Choices

You can control certain aspects of information collection and use by going to the settings page within the App. For example, you can disconnect your Google account from your Assembli account at any time.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to help protect the security of your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (using the email address specified in your account), post an updated copy on our Website, or by means of a notice in the App prior to the change becoming effective. You are bound by any changes to the Privacy Notice when you use the Website or the App after such changes have been first posted.

The California Consumer Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”) and its replacement the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”) provide additional rights for California residents. This section addresses those rights and applies only to California residents.

We may collect and use the following categories of personal information for the business purposes described in this Privacy Notice: Identifiers; and Internet or Other Network Activity Information.  For further information on the personal information we collect, including the sources we receive information from, review the “Information We Collect” section above. We collect and use these categories of personal information for the purposes described in the section titled “How We Use Your Information” above. We disclose this personal information as set out in the section titled “Sharing Your Information” above. 

We do not “sell” or “share” your personal data. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age who are California residents. 

We do not collect sensitive personal information as described in the CPRA. 

We retain each category of personal information for the length of time that is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and enforce our agreements.
